Once we’ve reviewed your CV, if you’re selected to continue with the process, you'll have an interview with us so we can get to know you better. In the interview, we’ll explain the position in more detail and answer any questions you might have, and you will find out everything about Ferrer.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet different people at the company. You'll always be interviewed by your line manager and, depending on the position, you'll also meet with other members of your area. We believe it’s a great opportunity for you to discover what the organisation is like and, above all, what your day-to-day life will be like.

At Ferrer, we adapt the selection process according to the job opening you’re applying for, in order to get to know you better. That’s why we may ask you to take some online tests or participate in one of the assessments of our Assessment Centre, where you'll have the opportunity to interact and test your skills.
