Ferrer certified as a great place to work, with people at the center of its cultural transformation

Ferrer  has been recognized as an excellent place to work by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

After a diagnosis of the organization's environment, which includes the completion of a global questionnaire by its professionals, Ferrer has obtained the certification that confirms it is a company with a strong culture of trust, capable of attracting and retaining the best professionals and 76% of those who work at Ferrer believe that the company is a great place to work.

Specifically, the results of the survey reveal the particular value that the people who work in Ferrer put on the ethics and transparency of the company, the pride of belonging to a company which contributes to society and fair treatment, independent of age, ethnicity, sex, or sexual orientation. Currently, Ferrer has a workforce made of up 46% women and absolute parity in its Management Committee. Ferrer's rating as a welcoming company, where teamwork and inclusiveness prevail, also stands out.

One of the main drivers of change promoted in recent years has been the construction of a culture of trust that promotes the sustainability of the company and the wellbeing of the team. People are at the heart of everything and the commitment to talent and its development is a strategic priority, which go hand in hand with the promotion of a global vision and data-based decision-making. This cultural transformation aims to promote the commitment and empowerment of professionals in order to make a positive impact in society.

For Mario Rovirosa, CEO of Ferrer, “this certification represents a well-deserved recognition for the effort and commitment that everyone in Ferrer has shown in transforming us into an increasingly open, respectful and equitable company. If we really are a great place to work, it is because we have great people. Today we are proud of this recognition, but we are not satisfied; we want to continue learning and improving together. This is the only way that we can really make a difference.”

Ferrer has obtained the Great Place to Work certification in Spain, Portugal and Mexico.
