ETHICS
With the aim of achieving sustainable success, at Ferrer we are firmly convinced that a culture of ethics and compliance are key elements in the development of our activity.
ETHICAL AND COMPLIANCE CULTURE
In 2026, we were the only Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory recognised by Ethisphere, a world leader in defining and promoting ethical business practice standards, as one of the world's most ethical companies in its 2026 World's Most Ethical Companies® list. This distinction, one of the most important worldwide, values organizations with the highest standards of business integrity and that carry out responsible corporate practices in the development of their business.
Codes of ethics
As a member of various sectoral employers' associations in different countries, at Ferrer we fully comply with the requirements included in their respective codes of ethics and we respect all the regulations applicable to our products.

Necesitamos contar con una cadena de valor alineada con nuestros principios éticos y nuestra forma de hacer negocios. Por eso, todas nuestras relaciones comerciales están alineada con los compromisos éticos esenciales recogidos en el Código Ético de Terceros de Ferrer.
Internal regulations
At Ferrer we have an Ethics and Compliance System that includes both the ethical codes and policies provided for in this section, as well as the development procedures and other preventive, detective and corrective controls aimed at identifying and mitigating ethical or compliance risks. The following policies develop the content of the Code of Ethics and complement the provisions or commitments contained in the other policies and procedures specific to the sector in which Ferrer operates.

Anti-corruption and anti-bribery
Desde Ferrer asumimos un compromiso público basado en los principios de integridad, honestidad y legalidad; y actuamos en línea con las directrices y mejores prácticas nacionales e internacionales de lucha contra la corrupción y el soborno. -
Interrelationship Policy
La interrelación de Ferrer con profesionales sanitarios, organizaciones sanitarias, organización de pacientes y consumidores siempre se basarán en los principios de legítima necesidad, legalidad, confianza, transparencia e integridad, y estará alineada con lo que establezca la normativa y los códigos sectoriales aplicables a cada región. -
Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
Establece un sistema de control adecuado para evitar que cualquier cliente o proveedor intente utilizar la estructura de Ferrer para una operación de blanqueo de capitales. -
Business Partner Due Diligence
Para hacer negocios en un entorno global, las transacciones de Ferrer deben comprender y cumplir con la legislación aplicable y con los estándares éticos y de compliance asumidos por Ferrer. Esta Política recoge los aspectos a evaluar y los principales hitos relacionados con el análisis de diligencia debida a realizar a nuestros terceros.
Ethics and Compliance Committee
Among the governing bodies, and in order to regularly address issues related to the promotion of the ethical culture in the organization, the development of the Ferrer Ethics and Compliance Model, and risk prevention and management, at Ferrer we have the Ethics and Compliance Committee.
Whistleblowing channel
We set up a channel to report non-compliance or suspected non-compliance with the contents of the Code of Ethics, the principles and values of the organisation or internal or external rules. This channel is available to Ferrer and external people and complies with the guarantees provided for by the applicable regulations on the protection of whistleblowers
