Barcelona, July 18, 2025. Ferrer has published its 2024 Annual Report , a reflection of the company's firm commitment to a different way of doing business and to put into action its purpose of using its business to fight for social justice.
Last year we increased investment in social and environmental projects by 55% compared to the previous year. In addition, we have achieved 136.4 points in the B Corp recertification, making us the pharmaceutical company with the highest score in the world. All this while we continue to grow and expand our business: 700 million euros in turnover and presence in 116 countries.
The results speak of the collective effort of the people of Ferrer:
- 48% of Ferrer's total number of people are women: 46% of the Management Committee and 45% of management positions are held by women
- WELL Platinum certification at our corporate offices
- All our operational centres in Spain are certified with the ISO45001
- 84% recovery of our waste
- 100% of our cardboard and paper packaging obtained without deforestation
- 81% of our centers certified with ISO14001 and 87% certified LEED
- 100% of our electricity comes from renewable sources
- 70% of all people participate in volunteering
We have also allocated 16 million euros to social and environmental projects and delivered more than one million meals to vulnerable groups.
The Ferrer 2024 Report not only includes these achievements, but also honestly recognises the challenges that still lie ahead. As our president Sergi Ferrer-Salat states in his introductory letter: "We do not do everything well and we know that we still have a long way to go. But what matters is that we have made a decision: to prioritise social justice over shareholder profit."
