Ferrer has been recognized as an excellent place to work by the consulting firm Great Place to Work®, a leader in the identification and certification of Great Places to Work.
After a diagnosis of the organisation's climate, which includes the completion of a global questionnaire by its professionals, Ferrer has obtained the certification that accredits that it is a company with a culture of high trust, capable of attracting and retaining the best professionals and 76% of the people who work at Ferrer believe that the company is an excellent place to work.
Specifically, the results of the survey show the special value that the people who work at Ferrer place on the company's ethics and transparency, the pride of belonging generated by their contribution to society and fair treatment, regardless of age, race, sex or sexual orientation. Currently, Ferrer has a workforce made up of 46% women and absolute parity in its Management Committee. It also highlights the appreciation of Ferrer as a welcoming company, where collaboration and inclusivity prevail.
One of the main drivers of change promoted in recent years has been the construction of a culture of trust that promotes the sustainability of the company and the well-being of the team. People are at the centre and the commitment to talent and its development is a strategic priority, which goes hand in hand with the promotion of transversality and data-based decision-making.
