That is why we have joined the Global Coalition for Social Justice, an initiative promoted by the ILO that was born with a clear ambition: to promote social justice for all people, everywhere.
This Coalition is much more than a platform. It is a living space of collaboration where governments, businesses, workers' organizations, financial institutions, NGOs and academia join forces to make a real impact. In addition, it promotes political commitments, investments and concrete actions that contribute to advancing towards the Sustainable Development Goals, aligning with the priorities of each country.
Because great challenges are not solved alone. Today more than ever, it is urgent to act collaboratively in the face of persistent inequalities that are reflected in poverty, youth unemployment or lack of access to decent work.
The objective is clear: to move towards a truly sustainable development, where the economic, social and environmental dimensions are in balance. Only in this way will we be able to reduce inequalities, combat poverty and guarantee access to essential opportunities throughout the world.
