Days for Good is Ferrer's annual moment to transform our purpose into company-wide action. Each year, people in the organization take a break from their daily duties to get directly involved in the social and environmental challenges that affect our communities. Based on Ferrer's commitment to social justice, Days for Good brings together volunteerism, collective action and activism to create meaningful change through hands-on activities in different countries and centres.
Over the course of previous editions, Days for Good has grown steadily in scale, scope and ambition. What started as a volunteer-focused initiative has evolved into a decentralized global initiative, with dozens of activities in multiple countries, production sites and subsidiaries. Previous editions incorporated initiatives from Great People and Liveable Planet, introduced more accessible formats such as short workshops and participatory spaces, and strengthened collaboration with social organizations, patient groups, and foundations. The result has been increased participation, deeper local impact, and a stronger sense of shared purpose across Ferrer.
The 2025 edition of Days for Good built on this momentum, reinforcing its role as a key moment in Ferrer's activism. And this year was an important step in terms of openness and collaboration, inviting partners and suppliers to join various activities, strengthening shared responsibility and expanding our impact beyond the walls of Ferrer.
