Our business is not an end in itself, but a means to generate substantial social change. We work to achieve a minimum level of profitability that guarantees the company's sustainability and to reinvest a large part of our profits in initiatives with social and environmental impact, as well as in our people.

This purpose is central to each and every one of the decisions that we make in our day-to-day work. Our conviction is such that the company's strategic plan consists of just three pillars that define and will continue to define what we want to achieve in the future:

Ferrer has exceeded global B Corp standards in terms of social and environment performance, transparency and corporate responsibility in all the territories in which it has a direct presence. 


This is the culmination of a process that began many years ago, when Ferrer’s President and owner, Sergi Ferrer-Salat, laid the foundations for how he wanted the company to be. Over the last four years, we have intensified that vision with the definitive transformation into a positive impact organization. 

Our purpose, our strategy and our achievements are all present in our corporate identity. And come together in our claim "Ferrer for good". This is who we are.
