Ferrer is an international family company based in Barcelona and headed by Sergi Ferrer-Salat. The team is made up of more than 1,800 people of different nationalities. All of them add enormous value thanks to their diversity of experience.

Graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Barcelona He has been chairman of Ferrer since 1998. His activities include the Ferrer-Salat Music Foundation, which since 1982 has remained faithful to its commitment to empowering people, mainly those at risk of social exclusion, through music. He has also been very active collaborating for many years with WWF, Greenpeace and Médicins Sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders)

Degree in Business Administration and MBA from ESADE. Mario joined Ferrer in 2016 as general manager on the pharmaceutical area and two years later he became CE. Before joining Ferrer, he worked for more than 22 years in the pharmaceutical industry in other international family companies, such as Almirall anda Chiesi in Spain and Italy

Degree in Business and International Management from Hoch-schule Bremen (Germany). Cecilia joined Ferrer in 2003 as en intern in the international Area and, after a year in the logistics sextor, she returned to Ferrer in 2005 to join the International team. Over the years, she has held various positions, always at the International level. She is now the corporate director od the transformation office, which drives the company's strategic and tranversal projects

Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology and an MBA from ESADE. She has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and, in her last role before joining Ferrer, she was head of Global Strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ramon Llull University and a Master's degree in Human Resources from Pompeu Fabra University. Sílvia began her professional career as a Human Resources consultant at Deloitte, a position she held for 12 years until joining Ferrer in 2019 to lead the Talent and Culture department. Later, she would go on to manage the People & Sustainability department in the Commercial Operations area until reaching the position of Director of People & Sustainability globally.

Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona with an SEP and AMPP from ESADE. Meritxell is the chief legal officer of Ferrer. She joined the company in 2015, after holding legal and human resources management positions in varius pharmaceutical companies, both national (Salvat) and international (Madaus, Rottapharm). She currently has responsibility for Ferrer's Legal, Industry Property and Ethics and Compliance departments

Serial entrepreneur for more than 20 years and expert in innovation and digital transformation. He is an Industrial Engineer, has completed the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford University in California and is a graduate of the Entrepreneurship Center at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Degree in medicine from the University of Buenos Aires, Jorge worked as a resident and attending physician, both in public and private sectors, until his first professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in the area of clinical trials. From there, he understood that he could continue to help many patients from a different perspective, starting the path that has brought him to joining Ferrer. Throughout that path, he's had different roles, both in the medical and commercial areas, having served as a leader to teams in Argentina, Spain, Latin America, and Canada, and during the last few years, globally in the Medical Affairs area.

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and post-graduate degree in Market Research. Before joining Ferrer, David worked for 20 years in various sectors, mainly pharmaceutical industry and multinational organisations, orchestrating and coordinating multidisciplinary teams at local, regional, and corporate levels. Currently, David leads the Corporate Marketing & Market Access area, including Marketing, Pricing and Market Access, Market Insights, Launch Readiness and Patient Advocacy, Public Affairs and Customer Onboarding Programs.

Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with PDD from ESADE. After several yaers in the field of professional services as a financial auditor and later as a strategy and operations consultant, David joined Ferrer in 2007 as a financial and systems director of one of Ferrer's subsidiaries. He is currently responsible for Ferrer's Finance, TReasury, Management Control, Purchasing, Systems, Customer Service and Internal Audir departments

Bachelor's Degree in Art, Communication, and Portuguese Philology from Rutgers University in New Jersey (United States), she began her career in the pharmaceutical industry in 1997, joining Novartis USA. In 2008, she moved to Novo Nordisk, where, in 2012, she took on the global leadership of the Marketing department, and four years later, became General Manager for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. In 2020, she started a new chapter as General Manager of Angelini Pharma in Spain and Portugal, and in 2024, she joined Ferrer as Chief Commercial Officer.

PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Zürich and Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from TOPRA at the University of Cardiff. With over 22 years of combined R&D and regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Marta has focused on driving registration and enabling early access of innovative medicines in a variety of therapeutic areas, including oncology, neuroscience, cardiovascular and renal conditions, to markets worldwide. She is currently responsible for Ferrer's Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance departments.

Chief Quality, Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance Officer

Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, EMBA from ESADE and AMP from IESE. Oscar teaches and mentors entrepreneurship at ESADE, UPF and CESIF. After 18 years in various global and regional commercial executive positions at biopharmaceutical companies like Amgen and Celgene, he joined Ferrer in 2018 to lead the creation of a global strategy department. He currently has responsibility for the departments of R&D and and Business Development.

Diploma in Technical Industrial Chemical Engineering from EUETIB. Mara joined the comany in 2017, after holding the position of production manager for 5 years at Novertis. She previously held positions in industrial operations in other international (Alcon- BBraun) and national (Esteve) pharmaceutical companies. She is currently responsible fo Ferrer's Operations area, which includes the pharmaceutical plants, the chemical plant and the logistics and distribution center

The Board of Directors is made up by Sergi Ferrer-Salat (Chairman), Mario Rovirosa Escosura (Secretary) and Josep Vilarasau Salat (Advisor).

In December 2020, the Advisory Board to the Board of Directors for ethics, compliance and auditing was established in order to continue to strengthen Ferrer's model of governance. This Advisory Board is made up by Sergi Ferrer-Salat (Chairman), Rafael Abella Martín (independent auditing expert), José Ignacio González Feixa (independent ethics and compliance expert) and Meritxell Casas Algarra (Secretary).
